The Company 

YORZ is developing a marketplace that empowers consumers to get control of and be rewarded for their data. We enable consumers to claim their purchase data during the checkout process, after we store their data de-centralized and GDPR compliant. Yorz empowers consumers to become the rightful owner of their data and facilitates them to monetise it​. We aim to become the global data exchange that facilitates consumers to access, store and share their personal data​ with retailers and brands using consent and get rewarded for it​.  

Job description 

Technical leadership and decision making 

Growing and facilitate the technical team 

Responsible for the technical roadmap and its execution 

Build scalable data pipelines and applications on big consumer data 

Translation of user feedback into product features and functionality 

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Working experience (7+ years) within banking/fin-tech or data/POS industry;  

  • Excellent knowledge of the Azure Stack / MS DevOps  

  • Experience with agile software development  

  • Experience with building, optimizing and scaling big data pipelines 

  • Ability to guide and align people 

  • Hands-on mentality with an entrepreneurial drive 


    Nice to have:

  • Experience with data analytics 

  • Experience with Computer science with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, and software engineering / design.

  • Experience with large scale cloud native data systems

  • Software development experience, including clean reusable code, test-driven development, and continuous integration.
